Return / Refund Policy

Items are made to order and as a small business we do not stock all sizes/colors/designs. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the item. Please make sure to read the description carefully to ensure the proper design, size, and colors are chosen. Please ensure you enter the correct mailing address. We cannot be held responsible for items being sent to the wrong address.

If you have any issues with your order, please let us know right away. We will try to make things right for you.

Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 days of receipt of payment. This does not include pre-orders, special orders or weekends/holidays/peak season. You will be notified when your item ships and you will be provided with tracking information. 

Please contact us in advance if your item is needed by a certain date and we will confirm whether we can accommodate.
